Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a seasoned grants professional to secure funding for strategic initiatives and partnerships, advancing the mission of healing, wellness, and community-centered care.

The role leads the full lifecycle of grant submissions—from identifying opportunities and developing proposals to managing compliance and reporting—working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. Remote, with eligibility restricted to MO, IL, TN, and AR.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of grant writing and management experience in healthcare, government, or major nonprofit settings.
Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience securing competitive, mission-aligned grants and managing compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of grant submissions from opportunity identification to proposal development and management.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reporting.
Develop templates, calendars, and submission supports to improve efficiency and consistency.
Ensure compliance with funder requirements and accurate program reporting.
