Job summary

Moda Health seeks a Grants Management & Implementation Specialist to support the Alaska Rural Health Transformation Program. You will liaise with grantees, funders, and partners to ensure compliant grant activities, reporting, and technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred in related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, or health-related community organizations; rural or underserved communities preferred.
• 2-3 years of grant management experience including contract management, monitoring, reporting, and technical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Grants Management & Compliance: primary contact for grantees; ensure alignment with requirements; monitor performance; develop policies and tracking systems.
• Grant Reporting & Evaluation: collect, validate, analyze data; evaluate performance against metrics; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Program Implementation & Technical Assistance: subject matter expert on NCQA PCMH; develop training and tools; provide support to grantees.
• Partner Engagement: facilitate stakeholder meetings; build relationships with agencies and providers; support strategic funding opportunities.
• Other Responsibilities: pursue professional development; perform additional duties as assigned.
