Job summary

Adams Memorial Hospital is seeking a Grant Administrator & Executive Implementation Director to provide executive oversight and strategic direction for Adams Health Rural Health Transformation Program portfolio. This role leads program implementation, governance, budget oversight, risk management, compliance coordination, and sustainability planning.

This is a grant-funded, time-limited position dependent on continued RHTP/GROW grant funding and organizational need.

Qualifications

• Grant administration or related experience required.
• Experience with contract execution, performance reporting, and regional partnerships preferred.

Requirements:

20 hours per week - First Shift
