Scion Staffing is assisting a mission-driven nonprofit client in Seattle with a part-time Remote Grants Administrator role. The position starts with in-person training in Seattle, then shifts to a remote schedule, averaging 20 hours per week for an initial 3–4 months.
Responsibilities include grant reporting, financial tracking, invoicing support, and meticulous record-keeping across multiple funding sources.
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Remote Grants Administrator for our partner, a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting community-centered initiatives and strengthening access to public resources. This is a part-time remote opportunity based in Seattle, WA, with initial in-person training required. This is a 3-4 month opportunity.
The Grants Administrator will provide critical interim support for a portfolio of public grants and community-focused partnerships during a period of organizational transition. This role will focus on grant reporting, financial tracking, documentation, invoicing support, and maintaining accurate records across multiple funding sources and deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial information, and motivated by process-driven work that supports a mission-focused organization.
