The role administers the Y-USA Grants Portal (SmartSimple), coordinates timelines, and provides robust applicant support while collaborating with internal teams on reporting and compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive policy

Responsibilities

• Manage communication of subgrant opportunities, timelines, and applicant guidance.
• Build and manage subgrant timelines with project teams and grants leadership.
• Coordinate application and review processes including eligibility verification and scoring.
• Manage subgrant execution: payments, modifications, extensions, and closeouts.
• Administer and configure the Grants Portal (SmartSimple) with forms and workflows.
• Lead applicant and grantee support and readiness resources.
• Provide technical assistance to applicants and grantees throughout the process.
• Monitor grant activities and reporting for compliance and improvements.
• Analyze applications and reports to identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and grant operations.
