You will work with program leaders, finance, and partners to develop compelling applications and maintain grant calendars. This role may be fully remote or hybrid; you will monitor opportunities from federal, state, tribal, and private funders, ensure compliance and timely

Qualifications

  • Identify, research, and evaluate grant opportunities from federal, state, tribal, local, and private sources.
  • Lead development, writing, editing, and submission of proposals and supporting documents.
  • Maintain an organization-wide grants calendar and ensure timely submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project narratives, program descriptions, objectives, work plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with program staff, leadership, and finance to gather information for applications.
  • Monitor funder announcements and ensure compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
  • Prepare grant reports, renewals, and continuation applications as needed.
  • Maintain accurate grant records and files.
