Job summary

Inside Philanthropy is seeking a highly organized Temporary Grant Project Management Consultant to support grant-funded initiatives. This fully remote, part-time role (~10 hours/week) runs Oct 2026 through Feb 2027 and requires coordination with UIA leadership and cross-functional teams to keep grant workplans on track.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management, grant delivery, or grant-funded initiatives.
• Experience using Asana and Salesforce to track projects, milestones, grants, or implementation progress.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and work with colleagues at all levels.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings and keeping teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain grant project plans in Asana, including tasks, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Track grant progress and implementation milestones in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct weekly reviews of active grants, identify overdue or at-risk work, and follow up with task owners.
• Translate grant workplans and deliverables into clear, actionable tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate across programs, operations, finance, development, evaluation, and communications teams.
• Support grant-launch and weekly team meetings, including agendas, follow-up, decisions, and action tracking.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and stalled work and escal ate.
• Provide concise updates to UIA leadership on progress, upcoming milestones, and areas requiring attention.
