Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education/experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Experience in grant administration or research management is preferred.
• Knowledge of RMS and agency guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proposal/Grant management: assist PIs with fellowship and training grant proposals per guidelines.
• Award management: review NOA, monitor RPPRs, coordinate with SPA for budget setup.
• Post-award activities: resolve accounting issues, fund management, budget changes, and expenditures guidance.
• Research reporting: maintain online grant database and respond to data requests.
