Ms. Foundation for Women is seeking a Temporary Grants Manager to support grantmaking operations.
Reporting to the Director of Grants Management, the role provides hands-on support across the grant lifecycle and collaborates with Finance and program staff to ensure timely, accurate processing during a 4–6 month assignment. The position requires at least five years of grants management experience, strong BBGM/Blueprint skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Level of Compensation Information: 90,000 – 100,000 annual salary
We are seeking an experienced grants management professional to provide temporary support to the Foundation’s grantmaking operations. Reporting to the Director of Grants Management, the Temporary Grants Manager will provide hands‑on support across the grant lifecycle and work closely with Grantmaking and Capacity Building, Finance, and other staff to ensure grants are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This temporary position is expected to last approximately 4–6 months, beginning in October 2026, at approximately 35–40 hours per week. The role may be shortened or extended based on organizational needs. The Foundation anticipates conducting a search for a permanent Grants Manager, and the individual selected for this temporary role will be eligible to apply.
Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY. Position is open to remote candidates residing in the United States.
The Temporary Grants Manager must be available to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours to support close collaboration with the Director of Grants Management and other staff.
