Qualifications

• Applying auditing methods and techniques, including complex mathematical calculations using spreadsheets and calculators.
• Applying accounts receivable and accounts payable methods and practices.
• Interpreting and applying statutes, rules, complex regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Using automated accounting systems, including mainframe and PC environments.
• Analyzing data, creating expenditure reports, and tracking expenditures related to financial monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Grant Financial Manager for the WIG: HEART program and liaise with the Division and DWD Finance.
• Develop financial instructions that align with Federal and State processes and revise as needed.
• Generate specialized reports and provide training/guidance on financial aspects of the HEART program.
• Advise management on financial planning, internal controls, and compliance with funding requirements.
