Job summary

Tonto Rim Christian Camp seeks a Development and Grant Officer to implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy with the Camp Director. You will oversee ministry partnerships, seek government and corporate funding, and keep major donors engaged through research and proposals.

The role emphasizes faith-driven service, collaboration with marketing for fundraising materials, and fulfilling essential administrative duties in a remote, part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full agreement with TMC and TRCC mission, vision, values, doctrinal statement and handbook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of ministry partners who learn about, pray for, give to, and share the mission.
• Solicit corporate and government funds through grants and proposals.
• Identify major gifts opportunities and engage donors through research and brief writing.
• Coordinate with Communications/Marketing on fundraising materials.
