Job summary

Community Hope is seeking a part-time Grants Manager to support the Director of Development in grants administration, event planning and fundraising. This role partners with the Development Team to implement grants and fundraising initiatives that will contribute to the overall viability and sustainability of the organization.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in a related discipline with strong writing and organizational skills.
• Experience using Raiser's Edge or compatible fundraising software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and track data on private foundations, banks, and government funders.
• Research funding sources to identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine funding needs for agency programs.
• Prepare grant proposals, letters and reports to funding organizations.
• Assist in planning the annual gala and related publications.
