The successful candidate will assemble submissions, manage compliance documentation from grantees and contractors, track reimbursements, and keep records audit-ready for review by agencies in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous records management.
• Ability to follow up with busy people and meet deadlines.
• Experience in grant administration, compliance, contract administration, bookkeeping, paralegal work, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and spreadsheet skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Assemble grant submissions and prepare RACP project packages and attachments.
• Collect and organize required compliance documents from stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit payment-request packages and track draws to disbursement.
• Maintain submission calendars, checklists, and deadline trackers across projects.
• Coordinate construction-monitoring reports, minutes, and sign-in sheets.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact with the PA Office of the Budget and partners.
