Job summary

Post University is seeking a Graduate Admissions Advisor for our online/remote team. The role focuses on answering inquiries about graduate programs, guiding applicants, and driving enrollments in online and evening/weekend formats from a remote home office.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries. This role is remote with required home internet specs and a fixed schedule aligned to enrollment cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience in higher education admissions and/or recruiting with a consultative sales approach is a plus.
• Prior sales experience in call center, customer service, and/or marketing.
• Superior relationship-building, teamwork, and communication skills, including an excellent phone presence.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to student inquiries regarding Post University and our program offerings.
• Conduct telephone and occasional personal interviews to help prospective students identify interests and choose an online degree program.
• Follow up with prospective students/applicants and record results in the database to ensure excellent customer service throughout enrollment.
• Work closely with Financial Aid, Office of Student Information, and other departments to assist students with financing and advising their needs.
• Participate in student registration and development activities to promote student awareness, retention, and success.
• Meet and ideally exceed established team and individual enrollment goals.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss sales tactics and strategies.
• Understand all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and laws regarding higher education enrollment.
• Data entry of student enrollment information to ensure complete documentation.
