Job summary

Post University is seeking a Military Admissions Advisor Online to recruit for online programs and support prospective students from home. This remote role emphasizes strong phone/communication skills and the ability to manage enrollment processes efficiently.

Responsibilities include advising via PCAS, responding to inquiries, data entry, and collaboration with Financial Aid and Registrar offices to assist with financing and degree planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Experience in higher education admissions and/or recruiting is desired.
• Call center, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Professional College Advisory Sessions (PCAS) via telephone to guide prospective students in degree choices.
• Promptly respond to student inquiries about Post University and program offerings.
• Data entry of enrollment information to ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate Military Student Information in the Student Information System including degree plans and transfers.
• Follow up with applicants and record results to ensure excellent enrollment service.
• Guide students through degree selection, course registration, and related academic planning.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrar, and other departments to assist with financing and advising needs.
• Participate in student registration and development activities to promote retention and success.
