This remote, full-time role emphasizes consultative conversations, document collection, and coordination with Financial Aid, Advising, and the Registrar.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in online admissions for adult learners, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrates strong phone and written communication

Qualifications

• 5 years of online admissions experience in a sales/consultative role with adult students.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong phone presence.
• Self-driven and capable of meeting/exceeding metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment.
• Engage prospects via phone and email to drive enrollment into APUS.
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Guide students through enrollment, documents, transfer credits and degree planning.
• Coordinate with departments (Financial Aid, Advising, Registrar) as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospective student data in the CRM and other systems.
