PADO AI Orchestration, Inc. is seeking a GPU & AI Infrastructure - Reserved Deal Desk Broker to run end-to-end transactions across its GPU marketplace.

This independent contractor role sources supply and demand, prices the spread, and drives deals to signature for AI-native platforms and defense, biotech, and finance customers. You will navigate multi-stakeholder cycles, negotiate prepayment and escrow terms, and own the margin on every deal, leveraging your live network and market fluency in

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle enterprise sales for GPU/compute brokering or neocloud.
• Current on GPU pricing and capacity availability across regions and terms.
• Able to qualify workloads without engineering input and reason about networks.
• Experience structuring long-term commitments with prepayment and escrow.
• Familiarity with export controls and cross-border deployment constraints.

Responsabilités

• Source supply and demand across neoclouds, marketplaces, and colocation operators.
• Match workloads to inventory, price spreads, and drive deals to signature.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement across engineering, CFOs, and boards.
• Negotiate prepayment terms, escrow, SLA pass-through, and cross-border constraints.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and forecast to executive leadership.
• Represent PADO at trade shows and industry events.
