Job summary

PADO AI Orchestration, Inc. is seeking a GPU & AI Infrastructure – Reserved Deal Desk Broker to source supply and demand, price spreads, and drive deals through signature across neoclouds, marketplaces, and colocation operators.

This remote role requires deep GPU market fluency and an ability to align engineering, finance, and compliance stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end transactions, negotiate complex terms, and ensure accurate forecasting while leveraging Salesforce, Gong, and other

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales in GPU or compute brokering.
• Current on GPU spot and reserved pricing dynamics and drivers.
• Able to qualify workloads without an engineer in the room.
• Comfort structuring long-term commitments with up to 1–5 year terms and upfront capital.
• Knowledge of export controls, cross-border deployment, and data residency constraints.
• Commercial judgment to reserve inventory and avoid premature commitments.
• Strong qualification discipline (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or equivalent).
• Proven use of AI and GTM tools to accelerate sourcing and deal cycles.
• Startup resilience: thrive in a high-growth, playbook-building environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and maintain a live supplier network across neoclouds, aggregators, and colo operators.
• Source and qualify AI-native buyers and translate workloads into quotes.
• Match workload specs to inventory considering region, term, memory, and interconnect.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder cycles involving engineering, finance, compliance, and leadership.
• Own margin realization and price to target spread on every originated deal.
• Negotiate prepayment, escrow, SLA pass-through, and cross-border terms.
• Conduct counterparty due diligence and manage risk before commitments.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting for executives.
• Track spot and reserved pricing signals to inform product roadmap.
• Represent PADO at industry events as a brand ambassador.
