Job summary

VIATEQ is seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft DevOps Engineer to support our government customers. This remote role focuses on Azure, AKS, IaC with Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-enabled delivery practices, aligning platform services with mission requirements.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, operations, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy secure, scalable cloud capabilities, maintain runbooks, and contribute to observability and reliability while advancing federal IT objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in CS/IS/Software Eng or related field.
4+ years hands-on platform development or integration in enterprise/government settings.
Hands-on Azure implementation, configuration, development, integration, testing, or operations.
Experience with Agile delivery and translating stakeholder needs into outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and sustain Azure capabilities (Azure DevOps, AKS, Bicep).
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and secure deployment automation.
Translate requirements into practical technical solutions for platform capabilities.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, data, infra, QA, and change management teams.
