Job summary

TechForGov is seeking a hands-on Technical Support & Deployment Specialist to support deployment and operation of AI-powered software for government and public-sector clients. You will assist with deployments, troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support.

You will work closely with customers, internal product teams, and engineering to ensure smooth go-live and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, deployment, or systems administration.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, firewall, ports, SSL).
• Experience supporting web apps and APIs is a plus.
• Ability to review logs and troubleshoot deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for our software products.
• Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, connectivity, and login issues.
• Assist with customer deployments and upgrades.
• Support cloud-based and on-prem installations.
• Review logs and coordinate with IT for network requirements.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly.
