Honu Services in Kailua, Hawaii seeks a Jr. Program Control Analyst to support financial analysis of government programs. You will interface with program managers and senior leaders to provide financial and administrative support, develop budget projections, and monitor funding.

A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 2+ years in federal contracting with Deltek Costpoint are required; strong Excel skills are essential. This is a remote position with standard business hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Contract Procurement, Business or related field.
• 2+ years experience working for a federal contractor in program control financial analysis and program acquisition for all contract types.
• 2+ years experience with Deltek Costpoint in project reporting, revenue recognition and unbilled analysis.
• 2+ years experience in program control financial analysis.
• Basic skills using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite products.

Mansioni

• Track Government funding at the Contract, Task Order and Project level and monitor labor-hours, material, ODCs and travel expenses.
• Process and record travel requests for employees on various contracts.
• Ensure travel is planned, coordinated, executed, and reported within FAR and contract guidance.
• Create project budget projection models from contract data.
• Verify employee time sheets in accordance with contract requirements.
• Reconcile Deltek/Costpoint and Task Order/Project data.
• Work with program managers to ensure funding allocations support goals and deliverables.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and subcontract reports.
• Prepare monthly subcontract analysis, accruals and reviews.
• Process subcontractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
