Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Junior Program Controls Organization Financial Analyst to assist in contract financial management for multiple contracts and support analysis, audits, and reporting.

You will work with internal clients and infrastructure departments, applying AI tools to improve forecasting and process efficiency while developing government contracting financial management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in program finance or business operations support, including financial reporting and forecasting.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools for financial analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of FAR and government contracting.
• Ability to identify and solve financial problems; team-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report financial data to support program objectives.
• Assist with budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor program expenditures and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial documentation and backup for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure accurate financial status tracking.
• Apply AI tools to enhance forecasting and process automation.
