TQI Solutions in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Project Control Analyst to deliver project control and financial support across multiple programs. You will work with Program Managers, Finance, Contracts, and Purchasing to ensure accurate financial management and timely reporting.

The role requires expertise in cost tracking, budgeting, ETCs/EACs, and variance analysis, with experience in Deltek Costpoint. A government contracting background and strong Excel skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Minimum 5-7 years in project controls, finance, or related field.
• Government contracting experience required.
• Experience with budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide project control and financial support across programs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, funding, and performance.
• Assist with ETCs, EACs, and forecasting.
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify trends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for management and customers.
• Support setup and tracking in Deltek Costpoint or similar systems.
• Assist with workforce planning, labor tracking, and charge codes.
• Support invoice review, subcontractor, and PO tracking.
• Contribute to funding analysis, burn-rate tracking, and forecasting.
• Assist with annual budget development and project forecasting.
• Support contract modifications and funding requests.
• Assist with project closeout and de-obligations, as needed.
• Support pricing and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) development.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Finance for accurate reporting.
