Job summary

TQI Solutions seeks a Project Control Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii to provide project control and financial support across multiple programs. You will work closely with Program Managers, Finance, Contracts, Purchasing and corporate teams to ensure accurate financial management.

The role covers budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Deltek Costpoint experience and a Bachelor's in Business/Finance are preferred; salary ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 per year, with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project controls or related financial analysis.
• Experience with government contracting.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Provide project control and financial support across multiple programs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, commitments, funding, and performance.
• Assist with forecasting (ETCs/EACs) and cost variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project financial reports for management and customers.
• Support setup and tracking in cost accounting systems (Deltek Costpoint).
• Assist with subcontractor and purchase order tracking and invoicing.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
