The role requires a high school diploma with 3–5 years of government/corporate procurement experience and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–5 years of corporate/government procurement experience.
• Associate’s degree in Finance, Contracts, or Business with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of government procurement practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills in customer-oriented environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement process and ensure compliance with FAR, FAM, and agency policies.
• Support review of terms, pricing, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
• Maintain procurement documentation and CPSR packages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify service requirements and equipment specs.
• Produce procurement reports and tracking updates; reconcile P-card purchases.
