Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years in a corporate/government setting focused on Finance, Contracts, Business or similar
• Associate's degree with 2-4 years in a corporate/government setting focused on Finance, Contracts, Business or similar
• Understanding of and/or practice of government procurement
• Strong interpersonal skills in customer-oriented environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, at minimum

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement process per FAR standards and policy
• Support pricing, terms, and vendor reviews for procurements
• Identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
• Maintain documentation and records of procurement activity
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify service requirements and equipment specifications
• Provide order confirmation and tracking information for inbound shipments to logistics team
• Reconciliation and auditing of P-card purchases
