GovCIO is seeking an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This fully remote role within the United States offers exposure to government contracting finance and program support functions.

You will work with Deltek Costpoint and Excel to maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies and customer requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
• Experience in government contracting environment and finance operations.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, vendor and employee setup, timekeeping, and voucher processing.
• Understanding of contract structures and task orders and their requirements.
• Awareness of periods of performance and funding processes.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and audit considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative, financial, and project-related tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of deliverables; support subcontractor and labor management processes.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and staffing activities, monitoring task status and deadlines, and invoicing and labor tracking.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of assignments.
