GovCIO is hiring an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This position is fully remote within the United States.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preference given to candidates with government contracting experience and knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, payroll, and labor reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and government contracting procedures.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, vendor/employee setup, timekeeping, and labor reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate records and track deliverables for programs.
• Support onboarding and staffing activities and monitor task status and deadlines.
• Assist with invoicing and labor tracking; maintain databases/spreadsheets.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
