GovCIO is seeking an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This fully remote role is available across the United States, offering exposure to government contracting environments.

The position emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in Deltek Costpoint and Excel to ensure timely deliverables and compliance with internal policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint for accounting tasks.
• Experience in a government contracting environment.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management and labor processes.
• Understanding of contract structures and task orders.
• Knowledge of labor rate structures and periods of performance.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative, financial, and project tasks in a fast-paced team.
• Maintain accurate records, track deliverables, and support subcontractor labor management.
• Assist with onboarding and staffing activities.
• Support invoicing and labor tracking; communicate with stakeholders.
