Intuitive Machines, LLC is a remote-friendly employer recruiting a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to ensure government contracting compliance across procurement lifecycles. You will work with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Program teams to implement practical compliance processes in a mission-driven aerospace environment.

This role focuses on NDA negotiations, flow-down maintenance, recordkeeping, and training, enabling compliant supplier engagements and robust program execution across

Qualifications

Requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS/NFS and contract flow-downs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting and negotiating agreements.
Ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and execute supplier NDAs and Terms & Conditions.
Maintain government flow-down clauses and monitor updates (OMB, RFO, deviations).
Create and maintain supply chain compliance media, templates, and standard work instructions.
Maintain supplier compliance records and databases (RCS/CPSR related).
Support procurement justifications, source selection, and price analysis.
