Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience in regulated industries.
• Experience implementing corporate compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory and corporate compliance matters affecting operations.
• Develop and oversee compliance policies, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance and HR to embed compliance.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and regulators when appropriate.
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and investigations.
