## Supply Chain Compliance SpecialistApply: Remote (United States): Full time: Posted Today: R24156## Please review the job details below.**Position Summary**Intuitive Machines is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to join our organization. This role sits at the intersection of contracts, compliance, and supplier management, ensuring that our supply chain operations meet the rigorous regulatory demands of government contracting while supporting the speed and agility our portfolio of complex, strategic programs require. The successful candidate will be a key resource for the supply chain organization, providing support and expertise throughout the procurement lifecycle, as well as helping to implement practical, streamlined compliance processes.This position requires someone who can operate independently while collaborating closely with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Program teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a government contracts/subcontracts professional who wants to apply regulatory expertise (FAR, DFARS, NFS) in a mission-driven space and aerospace environment, with the opportunity to expand and evolve the Supply Chain compliance organization. This is a remote position.**Key Responsibilities*** Negotiate and execute supplier Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Terms & Conditions.* Maintain standard government flow-down clauses for suppliers, including regular monitoring and incorporation of applicable OMB announcements, RFO updates, and Class deviations.* Create and maintain supply chain compliance command media, including templates, forms, and standard work instructions.* Maintain supplier compliance records, including Government Representations and Certifications database management.* Provide guidance and support to Buyers/SCAs on procurement justifications, including source selection and price analysis.* Support Customer proposal efforts, including RFP review for compliance and flow-down risk, as well as providing narrative input for proposal responses.* Support new Program Awards, distributing critical information and flow-down requirements for proper incorporation in supplier agreements.* Develop and deliver training on supply chain compliance topics to internal stakeholders.* Provide support for internal and external supply chain compliance audits, including CPSR compliance audits.* Support and lead various compliance process improvement initiatives.* Support Company post-acquisition integration initiatives and projects, including process development and implementation across separate business units.**Required Qualifications*** Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).* Demonstrated experience in Government contracting/subcontracting.* Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and NASA FAR Supplement (NFS).* Strong understanding of flow-down clause management and government compliance requirements.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting and negotiating agreements.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams simultaneously.* Ability to work cross-functionally with Contracts, Legal, Procurement, and Program teams.**Preferred Qualifications*** Work history supporting aerospace, defense, or space industry contracts.* Experience with government source selection and price analysis justifications.* Familiarity with supplier certification/representation databases and compliance tracking tools.* Experience with company mergers and acquisitions, focusing on post-acquisition integration activities.* Ability to develop training materials and deliver training sessions.* Experience with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) practices and requirements is a significant plus.**Core Competencies*** Regulatory and contractual acumen* Risk identification and mitigation* Process and documentation rigor* Cross-functional collaboration* Clear, professional communicationIn support of pay transparency at Lanteris Space Systems, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $97,000.00 - $161,000.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within New Jersey is: $97,000.00 - $161,000.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within Delaware is: $97,000.00 - $161,000.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $107,000.00 - $178,000.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within California is: $111,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
