• 1+ years in account management or customer success in a tech or service environment.
• Experience with government or public-sector clients is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more and conduct field engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for government accounts, delivering guidance and support to ensure long-term success.
• Provide training onsite and remotely to ensure clients are confident using the GovDeals marketplace.
• Drive increased utilization and revenue through proactive outreach and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales to defend accounts and support new client acquisition.
