You will coordinate federal, state, and local proposals, ensure compliance with FAR requirements, and manage deadlines across multiple teams. The role emphasizes collaboration with business development, operations, and leadership, plus contributing to capture planning and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in Government Contracting proposal development.
• Experience responding to federal RFPs and RFQs.
• Strong understanding of FAR and government procurement processes.
• Experience with SAM.gov, GovWin, or similar procurement databases.
• Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices from government agencies.
• Create and maintain proposal compliance matrices and outlines.
• Coordinate proposal development with SMEs, operations, and leadership.
• Manage proposal schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare final proposal packages for submission through government portals.
• Support capture planning and opportunity tracking.
