Job summary
Ares Enterprise, LLC is seeking a talented Proposal Writer to develop compelling, compliant federal proposals. You will partner with BD, capture, SMEs, and leadership to craft narratives that articulate capabilities, solutions, and past performance.
The role requires translating complex technical concepts into evaluator-focused content, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and tight deadlines. Fully remote with federal contract experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience as listed.
- 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience, preferably GovCon.
- Experience writing technical, management, staffing, transition, and past performance sections.
- Familiarity with FAR, solicitation instructions, evaluation criteria, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, edit, and refine proposal volumes for federal solicitations.
- Translate SME inputs into clear, compliant proposal narratives.
- Create responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and capability statements.
- Develop executive summaries, win themes, and discriminators.
- Coordinate with SMEs, capture managers, proposal managers, and leadership.
