Job summary
Closet Factory, a leading home improvement franchise, seeks an experienced full-time remote digital marketer to join our in-house digital team. The right candidate will bring deep knowledge of Google Ads and familiarity with Microsoft Search Advertising, working under our Vice President of Digital Marketing.
You will manage ad accounts and interface with franchisees via Teams and email on budgets, growth, and results.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Familiar with Microsoft Search Advertising
- Proficient with Google Ads Editor
- Strong in setting up and launching campaigns
- Excellent keyword and audience targeting skills
- Experience identifying negative keywords and excluded content
- Conversion-focused mindset with data-driven approach
- Ability to communicate with franchisees via Teams and email
Responsibilities
- Assist in ongoing optimization of campaigns across multiple accounts
- Monthly meetings with franchisees to review budgets and performance
- Stay current on platform changes and best practices
- Conversion-focused optimization across campaigns
- Update ad copy and visuals; basic Photoshop skills
- Collaborate with in-house digital team and VP of Digital Marketing
- Support budgets, growth, and account results discussions
