Closet Factory is seeking an experienced full-time remote digital marketer to join our in-house team. You will manage Google Ads campaigns, collaborate with our VP of Digital Marketing, and interface with franchisees to discuss budgets and results.

The role emphasizes conversion-focused optimization, updating ad copy/assets, and staying current with platform updates. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Wordpress editing, and GA4 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with Google Ads and campaign management.
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor and asset creation tools.
• Experience launching and optimizing multi-account campaigns.
• Knowledge of keyword themes, negative keyword management, audience targeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing optimization of campaigns across accounts.
• Monthly meetings with franchisees to review budgets and performance.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
• Focus on conversion-driven results and improved ROAS.
• Update ad copy, images, and assets; basic Photoshop skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams and franchisees via Teams and email.
