Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Search Specialist to own day-to-day Google Ads management for 2–4 client accounts, spanning Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display. You will collaborate with the team, optimize campaigns, and build client-ready insights using Claude.

Applicants should have 3+ years of Google Ads experience, strong bidding and tracking skills, and comfort with AI-assisted reporting. This is a fully remote role supporting US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management across multiple product areas.
• Strong command of Smart Bidding, tracking fundamentals, and structure.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and e-commerce attribution platforms.
• Proficiency with Claude for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience writing SOPs and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Google Ads for 2–4 agency client accounts.
• Build and launch campaigns end to end: structure, keywords, RSA, PMax, extensions.
• Monitor spend, pacing, and adjust bids to hit efficiency goals.
• Run ongoing optimization and reporting, with client-ready insights.
• Manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds for e-commerce accounts.
• Handle tracking setup and data entries, flag issues early.
• Pull performance data and create client decks using Claude.
• Collaborate via Slack with clients and internal teams; write SOPs.
