Job summary

Discoup is seeking an Advertising Specialist to run and optimize paid campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This associate-level role covers daily execution, testing, monitoring, and reporting, under a manager-guided strategy, with remote work and occasional travel to offices.

You will collaborate with SEO, Content, Product, and Sales teams to grow performance, own campaign hygiene, and contribute data-driven insights through regular reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with Google Ads ownership.
• Ability to read reports, spot anomalies, and explain insights.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel, pivot tables, Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM).
• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and user experience (UX).
• Strong communication in English; Italian helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across paid channels, with a focus on Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and terms.
• Run tests on targeting and bidding, document results.
• Scale campaigns within agreed efficiency and cost targets.
• Maintain campaign hygiene: tracking, naming conventions, and account structure.
• Develop and automate reporting using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
