Job Title: Remote Google Ads Media Buying Specialist(100% Work From Home)

Location:Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary: $1,600 - 2,500 USD USD/month depending on experience via Wise

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Pacific

Job Overview

Our client a digital marketing agency serving the home improvement industry in the US. They're a small team of 12 with members in North America and the Philippines and they all work remotely. They have dozens of clients and are rapidly growing.

This role is a Google Ad expert media buyer to help run and optimize their Google ad campaigns to get the lowest lead costs and continue to find new opportunities on keywords. They generate leads for a few select product lines in the luxury outdoor living space. They need a pro that has expert knowledge of every nook and cranny of the Google ads platform and has a pulse on strategies for Google ads and upcoming changes.

This person will live daily in our Google Ads MCC. You will be managing ad accounts for all their clients running various google ads campaigns in search, pmax, YouTube, and display. Budgets in their accounts range from $3000 USD - $100,000 USD ad spend per month. These are targeting different local markets across the United States. All campaigns are one of three product lines that we run ad campaigns for so there is lots of synergy and repetition between the accounts. What is tested and works in one account normally works well in the other accounts too since it’s the same products and same ad types. The accounts are already getting good results. You need to get trained to maintain the good results and also live in the accounts to search out opportunities for further improvements as we move things forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Be involved with the setup of new Google ads accounts
  • Manage and optimize Google Search ad accounts
  • Continually look for new opportunities to bring down lead costs on all assigned accounts through keyword optimization, quality score optimization, testing of ad copy, testing of the campaign and ad group structure
  • Setup and test brand new PMax, display, YouTube campaigns to cold traffic
  • Setup and manage remarketing strategies utilizing PMax, display and YouTube
  • Flexibility to try new ideas from the ops manager (possibly even out of Google ads, example landing page edits/testing)

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Expert Google Ads Manager: 3-5 years full-time experience managing and optimizing Google Search Ads campaigns. Deep understanding of account setup and tracking with GTM.
  • Mandatory CPC (Enhanced) Expertise: Proven proficiency and success using manual "CPC (Enhanced)" bidding strategy (case study preferred).
  • Multi-Platform Experience: Successful campaign management on GDN, PMax, and YouTube Ads.
  • Optimization & Analysis: Confident in A/B testing audiences, copy, and creatives to hit KPIs. Track record of improving lead cost KPIs. Experience with Google Analytics (asset).
  • Keyword Strategy: Proficient in keyword research and analyzing search term reports for new opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy & Passionate: Highly comfortable with websites, automation tools, landing page software. Enjoys optimizing campaigns and is self-motivated to improve lead costs.
  • Marketing & Communication: Background in Marketing/lead generation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Good team player, flexible with availability.
