A fast-growing digital entertainment company is looking for a Media and Content Manager to drive performance across paid and organic media channels. If you're an analytical thinker with creative flair and experience managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, this is your chance to join a team redefining the future of social gaming.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital media campaigns across key platforms
  • Manage media budgets to hit performance and growth targets
  • Own and execute organic social media content and scheduling
  • Analyze campaign data, provide insights, and continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors to ensure alignment and impact
  • Test and refine creatives, targeting, and placements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital media buying and content management
  • YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN iGAMING, SOCIAL GAMING, OR CRYPTO GAMING TO BE CONSIDERED
  • Strong track record across paid social/search (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience managing organic social channels
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPM, CPC, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Background in iGaming or Social Gaming

This is a GLOBALLY remote role, but you must be available during U.S. business hours.
