We're in the process of scaling our Social Advertising team and are looking to hire a high energy media buyer. We're looking to build a long-term partnership with someone who brings a great vibe to the team, thrives on delivering value, is trustworthy, uses their initiative, and is hardworking.

About you:

• You have 3+ years of experience managing high (50K+) budget accounts on social platforms (FB, IG, TT)
• You are ambitious and results-driven who can set up, support, manage and scale high-growth media campaigns for eCommerce brands
• You strive for excellence in everything you do, and consistently outperform your own previous results
• You are reliable, able to make decisions on your own, are flexible, able to make changes based on the team's or clients' requests.
• You have a deep understanding of the current media landscape and are able to support our paid media team efficiently.
• You’re intentional and passionate about digging deep in order to understand a client's business, get inside the heads of their target market, with irresistible ads that audiences love
• You’re skilled in, copywriting, ad-copy testing and client support (we have copy and design support at your disposal)
• Your goal is to consistently perform well - ensuring client retention through satisfaction.

We are truly only looking for A-players to grow together and continue growing R2G at an incredibly fast pace. While we aim for growth, we do not want to become a 100 person agency. Keeping a small, yet highly knowledgeable team is essential for us. We also only work with fun, high-growth brands that are paving the way for new-age digital advertising.

If you joined our team a few years ago, you would have experienced the growth of several well-known brands including the rise of Everlast or the market growth of the innovative (and heavily funded) startup, ThinOptics. You would have had the opportunity to work with fitness industry legends, such as Denise Austin, or help people with anxiety through our other innovative home-goods brand, My Calm Blanket.
