Qualifications

Radiant Digital is looking for a full-time Ad Operations Specialist to join our fully remote team and play a key role in driving campaign performance at scale. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our tracking infrastructure—ensuring every pixel, postback, and CRM integration is flawlessly executed.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

We’re looking for a technically skilled and detail-driven Ad Operations Specialist to join our Growth Team and play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing performance.

This position is all about impact. You’ll be the engine behind our tracking infrastructure—owning pixel implementation, server-to-server postbacks, API integrations, and data flow between our campaigns and client CRMs. Your work will power better attribution, faster execution, and smarter decisions across the entire funnel.

You’ll collaborate with media buyers, account managers, and external platform partners to ensure every campaign is set up accurately, tracked precisely, and launched smoothly. You’ll also lead trafficking and implementation for both direct and programmatic display campaigns across our owned properties.

You’ll have the opportunity to dive deeper into campaign performance—analyzing data, spotting optimization opportunities, and helping shape testing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the creation, deployment, and ongoing management of tracking pixels and tags across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, GTM, and Unbounce
  • Configure and troubleshoot server-to-server (S2S) postback URLs to ensure accurate lead and conversion tracking
  • Manage and organize Google Tag Manager containers and ensure consistent event tagging across properties
  • Set up and maintain lead routing and tracking configurations within platforms such as LeadConduit, Unbounce (for landing pages), Tune/HasOffers, and Voluum.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding data flow, tracking discrepancies, and CRM integrations
  • Conduct thorough and regular QA checks to ensure accurate API responses across platforms
  • Oversee the execution, management, and optimization of programmatic display campaigns across various channels
  • Partner with the Account Management team to gather the necessary campaign details for accurate and timely launches
  • Work closely with media buyers to interpret pixel and event data, helping to optimize campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Ad Operations experience, with deep technical expertise in tracking, tagging, and API-based integrations.
  • Strong understanding of pixels, UTMs, and event tagging methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager: triggers, tags, variables, data layers, custom tag, etc.
  • Experience setting up third-party trackers (Google Ad, Facebook Ads, ...) via GTM
  • Proficient in setting up and managing API integrations, particularly for lead delivery to CRMs
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking and S2S postback URL setups
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles (RTB, ad exchanges, DSPs)
  • Experience with programmatic ad platforms like Google Ads Manager
