Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family and a public-health software leader, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect. You will build a secure, automated delivery platform that enables developers to ship compliant code quickly while integrating automated security gates and audit trails.

You will own the modern CI/CD pipelines, enable modular release architectures, and drive secure engineering practices across teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), container networking, and pod security expertise.
• Experience with GitOps controllers and automated canary deployments.
• Software development experience in C#, Node.js, or Python for internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Golden Path delivery engine and automate secure software delivery.
• Design centralized, reusable CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Embed automated security gates and vulnerability checks into pipelines.
• Implement SAST/SCA, image hygiene, and secret-detection in CI/CD.
• Automate compliance & audit trails for SOC 2, HIPAA, and public-health needs.
• Develop runtime secrets governance and ORRs as code.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and IaC modules for teams.
• Instrument platforms with OpenTelemetry for observability.
