Job summary

STChealth, a Harris family company, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern automated, secure delivery platform. You will bridge a high-throughput platform with production systems, enforcing SOC 2, HIPAA readiness and automated audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE, with enterprise CI/CD design.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise, including security and networking.
• Practical GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and automated canary deployments.
• Coding skills in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling.
• Experience with self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows.
• IaC with Terraform or Pulumi; modular, maintainable definitions.
• Security gates integration in deployment pipelines (Snyk/Trivy/SonarQube etc.).
• Experience with VM-based delivery concepts (Packer, EC2 templates).
• Ability to design scalable, automated, compliant platform pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Golden Path delivery engine and centralized CI/CD templates.
• Architect and maintain universal pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Implement modern GitOps with ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts, and canary strategies.
• Build automated security gates and compliance artifacts for audits.
• Develop self‑service scaffolding and IaC modules for teams to stand up services.
• Ensure telemetry, logging, and tracing via OpenTelemetry across templates.
