Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the modern deployment platform across its vaccine-tracking systems. You will design automated, secure, self-service pipelines, integrate SAST/SCA gates, and promote production readiness across teams.

You will bridge the Golden Path with current production, enabling canary rollouts on EKS, GitOps, and IaC tooling, while upholding stringent HIPAA and SOC 2 controls in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering/DevOps/SRE experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), including networking and Helm lifecycle.
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and canary deployments.
• Software development experience in C# / .NET, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with self-hosted AI architecture and agentic systems.
• IaC experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Security gate automation and DevSecOps integration with scanning tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Golden Path delivery engine and centralized CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and maintain universal pipeline templates across GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
• Enable dual-target release with upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Kargo and Argo Rollouts on AWS EKS.
• Develop automation for machine-image pipelines and blue/green updates.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and IaC modules for teams within guardrails.
• Embed automated security gates (SAST/SCA) into the build process.
