Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Manager, Customer Engagement to quarterback end-to-end product launch lifecycles and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, and Field. You will develop enablement materials, leverage AI tools, and ensure releases are field-ready to support value-based care initiatives.

Remote-friendly role within the US, with 2–4 travel trips/year to HQ or retreats. Strong guidance in healthcare workflows and a consultative, curious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in customer success, client solutions, professional services, or product operations.
• Healthcare experience with primary care workflows and value-based care contracts.
• Ability to scope, map, and navigate complex projects and propose creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product release lifecycle across cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Legal, Field).
• Develop and finalize enablement assets (training slides, newsletters, emails, Pendo guides, Zendesk articles) using AI tools.
• Recruit and qualify practices for beta testing; de-risk releases before GA; coordinate feedback loops.
