Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking experienced graduate admissions counselors to guide applicants through the entire graduate admissions journey. You will conduct regular Zoom advising sessions, track deadlines, and tailor guidance to each client’s geographic location and goals.

The role offers a fully remote setup with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation. Applicants should have prior graduate admissions experience and a strong understanding of both US and UK

Qualifications

Graduate admissions experience or relevant graduate application support experience.
Familiarity with US and UK graduate application processes across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with applicants to identify needs, goals, and expectations for their graduate school admissions journey.
Provide end-to-end counseling, including guiding applicants through timelines, writing reviews, and interview prep.
Lead advising sessions, typically 60 minutes via Zoom, with each applicant.
Track deadlines for applications and milestones; assign tasks between sessions to maximize success.
Mentor applicants through writing processes (statements of purpose, essays, résumés) with feedback.
Support applicants through interview preparation and overall application strategy.
Collaborate with Lead Coach and Program Director to update progress and refine guidance.
