Ladders is seeking a Global Trade, Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based internal audit work focused on global trade compliance and control effectiveness across key business processes. The manager will partner with senior leaders to evaluate regulatory risks, strengthen internal controls, and deliver clear recommendations that support sound governance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting with 8 years of audit experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ITAR/EAR compliance
• Strong understanding of U.S. export control regulations
• Experience in global trade audits and continuous risk monitoring
• Knowledge of CBP, OFAC, and ATF regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits on assigned engagements
• Manage projects and coach team members
• Assess risks in key business processes and prepare audit plans
• Create process maps to identify internal control weaknesses
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
• Engage in continuous self-improvement and skill development
• Travel to site locations for collaboration as needed, up to 30%
