Job summary

RTX Corporate is seeking an Internal Audit & ITAR/EAR Compliance Analyst to join our Corporate Internal Audit Team. The role focuses on evaluating internal controls, auditing critical processes, and ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance across a global business environment.

You will conduct risk-based audits, prepare concise reports, and present findings to senior management while growing your expertise through training and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant audit experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience with ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Advanced degrees are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk-based audits on assigned engagements.
• Manage projects and coach staff.
• Assess risk of key business processes and plan audits.
• Create process maps to identify control weaknesses and improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present conclusions to senior management.
• Engage in self-improvement and develop technical skills as needed.
• Analyze data streams and perform continuous auditing and predict trends.
• Explain policies and procedures to stakeholders to aid decision making.
• Suggest minor system/process improvements to increase effectiveness.
• Travel to RTX sites up to 30%.
